Tompolo’s maritime security outfit, Tantita builds transit accommodation for soldiers in Delta

Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, owned by High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known asTompolo, has completed and commissioned reconstructed Three Battalion Soldiers’ Transit Accommodation at Effurun Barracks, Delta State.

The facility was redesigned, reconstructed, and fully furnished before being handed over formally to the Army authorities as part of Tantita’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts.

The facility, which was commissioned on Tuesday, is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities designed to enhance the living conditions of soldiers stationed at the barracks.

Speaking during the project commissioning, the Executive Director, Operations and Technical Services, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, Captain Warriedi Enisuoh, thanked the military for its partnership and support which have helped the company to achieve excellent results in curbing oil theft and pipeline vandalisation in Nigerian waters.

He said: “Warri used to be a place with high insecurity concerns but today, with the efficacy of the government security forces, particularly the Three Battalion in this region, security has improved greatly and that is because of your presence in this particular place.

“A lot of people think that most of our partnership has been on crude oil theft, but that is not correct.You would all know that our contract is based on performance, and the performance cannot be removed from the fact that we have the support of the government security forces, and with that performance comes our salaries also.”

Captain Enisuoh described the project as a very interesting one, noting that it is the management’s belief that any project that brings development to the host community must be pursued with vigour.

“We’ll continue to stand by you just the way you’ve stood by us.This is the beginning of a great partnership. It is the beginning of many things to come, and you’ve not only contributed to our development and safety, you have also contributed greatly to the development and safety of this region and indeed, the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” he said.
